The Tax Agency does not require a specific scanner brand or a single scanner; it is only necessary that the scanner used for document integration into the approved software has the following technical specifications:
- The obtained document must have a resolution of at least 200 DPI.
- It should use a Twain driver.
- The scanner should have an intelligent recognition system (OCR).
- The digitized image must maintain the geometry of the paper document.
- The image should contain all the information present in the paper document.
Warning: If the scanner does not have a Twain driver, Expensya will not include it in the list of available scanners in the software.
