Identification of the @expensya Domain

Modified on Wed, 12 Mar, 2025 at 12:32 PM

If your tenant uses the MailInBlack Anti-spam solution, Expensya’s notifications are blocked by default: Password reset, confirmation of approved expense report, confirmation of archived expense report, etc.

In order to receive notifications from Expensya, your tenant’s MailInBlack administrator (generally the email server administrator or the security manager) has the option to authorise these notifications. In order to do so, the administrator must add the @expensya.com domain to the MailInBlack white list, which is also called the safe senders list. The @expensya domain will no longer be blocked by the MailInBlack Anti-spam filter.

This link covers all the steps to be carried out by your administrator in order to white list e-mail addresses or entire domains.
